When you visit the website

The website is provided through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Technically necessary connection data is processed to deliver and securely operate the website, including the IP address, time, requested page, browser and device information. The website is accessible without signing in to ChatGPT.

This website does not include marketing pixels or external analytics scripts. We do not set advertising cookies. This does not affect technically necessary processing by the hosting and security services.

Images and aerial footage

The sales journey uses images and licensed aerial footage hosted on this website. These files load directly through the website's infrastructure. Playback does not embed an external video player or connect to the original media provider. We do not store scrolling or playback movements as a visitor profile.

Optional interactive 3D map

The additional map at /dubai-islands/karte only loads when you open that page. Your browser then loads map data, labels and map symbols from OpenFreeMap. Your IP address and technically necessary connection data are transmitted to the map service. The map uses OpenStreetMap data. It does not request your device location. We do not store your flight movements or link them to a prospect profile. Further information is available from OpenFreeMap.

The default satellite view uses open Copernicus Sentinel imagery. The processed image tiles are served directly by this website. Your browser does not connect to Copernicus or the original data archive for these images. Building shapes and labels continue to load through OpenFreeMap. The capture date and image source are shown on the map.

If an ArcGIS satellite view is explicitly enabled in the future, the browser will load its images from ArcGIS Location Platform (Esri). That service will receive technically necessary connection data, including the IP address. The different image source will then be identified on the map. Your selections in the property check

The check asks about your investment goal, previous Dubai experience, available capital, total budget, property type and purchase timing. Your selections and current step are stored in this browser's session storage (sessionStorage), so you can continue within the same session. Stored selections are discarded on the next visit once they are more than 24 hours old. Selecting 'Start again' removes them immediately.

Your name, email address and phone number are not stored in session storage. The form holds these details in memory while you enter them. They are only transmitted to the server when you submit the form. Reloading the page discards the form draft.

When you submit an enquiry

When enquiries are enabled, we process your answers, name, email address and/or phone number, and preferred contact method to respond to your enquiry and discuss suitable properties with you. A phone number is only required if you choose a callback. An email address is required if you choose email contact. The other contact detail is optional.

By confirming the form, you permit contact about this enquiry. This is not a newsletter subscription or blanket consent to further advertising. Processing serves your requested contact and the preparation of a possible property transaction, within the applicable data protection rules.

We also store a random enquiry identifier, the time and version of your confirmation, and any campaign identifiers present in the entry link. These identifiers can associate an enquiry with an Instagram creative or a project, for example. They do not contain additional answers or trigger advertising tracking.

The data is stored in this website's Cloudflare D1 database. Access is intended for handling the enquiry by the operator and the necessary technical service providers. A successful form confirmation means that the enquiry has been stored. It does not confirm email delivery.

Handling in the protected CRM

Authorised staff handle enquiries in this website's protected CRM. Contact details, processing status, conversation notes, responsibility and agreed next steps can be added there. CRM sign-in uses ChatGPT and additional account authorisation. Prospective buyers do not need an account to use the property check.

The CRM can store a light or dark display preference in local browser storage. Contact and enquiry data is not stored there. A CSV export initiated by a staff member creates a local file containing the selected contact details.

Disabled form and test preview

If enquiries have not yet been enabled or are temporarily unavailable, the form shows this. There is no confirmed enquiry without successful submission. A test view explicitly labelled as a preview (with 'preview=1' in the link) simulates completion without transmitting or storing contact details on the server.

Recipients and retention

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare are used to operate the website. Enquiries are handled by A1 Properties in Dubai. Depending on the technical infrastructure, data may also be processed outside your country of residence and outside the United Arab Emirates. No specific storage location within the European Union is promised.

Enquiry data is only needed for as long as required to handle the enquiry and meet any applicable retention obligations. When the purpose no longer applies and no retention obligation prevents it, the data should be deleted or anonymised. A non-binding enquiry does not grant unlimited permission to contact you.

Your options

You can send questions about processing, or requests for access, correction, deletion or restriction, to info@a1properties.ae. You can withdraw consent with effect for the future. The rights and conditions that apply in an individual case depend on the applicable data protection law. Appropriate identity verification may be required to handle a request.
